The Fearless Dragon Slayers

A nice, shimmering ethereal sent daring heroes of all kinds into the Hellfire Citadel, within it, a dragon and its rider roamed and reigned the outlying premises. To control a dragon is obviously no mean feat, and so Wind Trader Zhareem desired the very tool that was used to tame and keep in check the fire spitting beast. Perfectly understanding such higher goals, Agenu'ai was more than happy for the renewed interest people showed in heroically braving the demonic orcs. One of the weak points of her equipment, after having bought quite the expensive belt from a nice tailor, still remained her wrist-wrappings. Unhappy about having to use things she earned for helping the Cenarius Expedition practically ages ago, she tracked down rumors of a treasure that could be found in the hellfire ramparts.

The first attempt with people to go after the Riding Crop proved a fatal and horrible mistake. The hellish orcs proved too strong for the warriors, repeatedly killing them swiftly, or just charging past them to go after the rest of the group. Frustrated the bloodelven priestess consoled herself by upgrading her crown further, now that the orcs of Thrallmar realized just how much effort she had put into driving back their demonic infused brethren. Finally reaching a level of healing equipment she felt happy about.

Later that night, when she found another group that gathered, with dedicated and heavily armed warrior Metook, dangerous mage Kyréa, and swift hunter Garthak, she was merely carefully optimistic. But when the druid that had offered to accompany them turned away, Agenu'ai's mood brightened up since fellow bloodfury, and deadly warlock Gorathe joined her dangerous group of treasure hunters.

Led by the strong and exceptionally resilient Metook, the group beat their way swiftly and without any real troubles through any and all oposition. Even Watchkeeper Gargolmar turned out to be a wuss in the face of the group's combined efforts, lethal magic, deadly arrows and punishing blows together defeating his healers as well as himself in a swift and decisive battle. The adventurers' stride wasn't broken when they encountered the unfortunate large group of hellfire warlocks, which usually proves quite difficult, but this time didn't manage to exact a single life from them. It wasn't until after that, that a lone wolf managed to chew up Agenu'ai. Considering how swiftly and clean everything else went, that little setback wasn't too bad.

The mood of the group didn't even dampen as the next little accident killed both the warrior and the priestess. A large group of orcs had noticed their efforts in defeating their allies and charged at them earlier than anticipated. Unable to withstand their cruel, devasting blows Agenu'ai faced another death. And soon after that, the warrior suffered the same fate. But surprisinly enough, warlock, mage and hunter managed to defeat the rest of that group as well. And the hunter's experimental equipment sufficed to call back the spark of life into the blood elven priestess.

The demon Omor the Unscarred then managed to kill her again, as well as Gorathe. At least indirectly. While the huge demon itself proved no real challenge for the well organized group, the small demonic hounds he summoned for pets, cruelly killed both the trusted friend Gorathe and Agenu'ai herself. Despite all that, the good mood lingered on as they set out to face the largest challenge yet, the dragon and his rider.

The spirits high, their strides confidents the small band of heroes set out to kill the last few orcs and ignite the ire of Vazruden. Soon, and quickly, the heroes put the last remaining orcs to death. The dragon scooping down low, to spit fire on them and its rider dismounting. In a long battle, the group first tore Vazruden apart, spells, arrows, and blade turning the angry orc into a mangled corpse, even the descent of his dragon pet Nazan, and the large mouth and lethal claws trying to tear apart the strong tauren warrior didn't change the clean and easy flow of the battle.

In the end, they all retrieved the tool required to control such a fire spitting monster, but to Agenu'ai's slight disappointment she did not get the wristbands she had come for. Nonetheless happy for such a seemingly easy stroll through the ramparts they all left in high spirits.

Agenu'ai's Coronation

In a struggle of almost epic proportions, Agenu'ai began to collect all the things she needed to enter and survive in the haunted Karazhan. Even though her struggle to retrieve a key had been a full success, the more important goal to find a group willing to take her into the fabled place, so that she could lay her thin, elven fingers on some real epic booty was also going to be determined by how well equiped she was. Or rather, the viability and survivability of such a group largely also depended on the bloodelven priestess' equipment.

Repeated raids into the Shadow Labyrinth eventually procured amidst the debris a robe very much to her liking, eagerly grasping for it, she was stunned and shocked to find someone in her group to be even more greedy than herself. Next to the robe she desired so much was another, a robe for mages or warlocks, and in the hurry to seize that other robe, the mage had snatched both robes right from under Agenu'ai's fingers. Truly furious, mostly perhaps about being outdone in greedyness, she curst the mage and swore to tear the Shadow Labyrinth apart until she would lay her hands on that very robe!

A later expedition into Arcatraz helped sooth her mood properly, even though it didn't quite seem to go as smoothly as could be hoped. The path to Skyriss was fraught with peril, though, a bunch of Ethereals cramming them in a tight spot, as not four, but eight charged at the group in an effort to destroy their lives. Luckily for the group, the paladin managed to present such a glowing bright target that none of their group fell in that almost epic struggle. At the end, the paladin had to kick her way past the corpses that lay in one heap around her.

But the worst fight was yet to come, as hidden in those cells were not only a grumbling gnome mage, but also an air elemental which tore through Agenu'ai's group with its frightfully far spread lightning bolts, shreddening the priestess with his lightning and almost turning her group into a crisp pile of ash. When they finally managed to defeat this ugly elemental, the last, deepest cell of Arcatraz was opened and Harbinger Skyriss revealed. The fight went surprisingly smooth, neither the imprisioned monster nor his clones being able to hurt Agenu'ai's group lethally.

And when her group at long last dug through Harbinger Skyriss' dungeon cell, they discoverd among other loot the very crown Agenu'ai had heard so much about. This time nobody beat her to it and she put it on her head grinning pleased.

Not only did she own the very thing she had come here for, but she also felt ready to face the dangers of Karazhan now and not fail her group utterly. But that's a story for another day...

The Benefits of Jealousy

Inspired and awed by the booty her fellow Bloodfuries Mortustra and Gorathe retrieved from the ruins of Karazhan, Agenu'ai set her mind on visiting the fabled place of historic importance. Luckily for those of us who have realized the threats originating from the Burning Legion, Khadgar, apprentice to Karazhan's most recent owner, is still at large in the middle of Shattrath

Getting admittance into his former master's stronghold proved to be an adventure of its own.

Karazhan requires a particular key to be entered - consisting of three distinct pieces. The required parts of the key are spread all over the Outland. The first part was easy enough.

Agenu'ai had her mind already set on retrieving all the sweet loot hidden in the Shadow Labyrinth. Without much difficulty she found a couple of companions to join her in beating their way deep into the instance. She returned not only richer for the very cloth shoulders she desired.

After retrieving the first part of the key though, Agenu'ai was told to have to visit the Steamvault and send more Nagas back to whichever hell they sprang from. Her interest in the items that are supposed to be found there was relatively low, all the more happy she was to accompany Tauren druid Shizo and shadow-focused priest Cíndy into this convulsed mess. Hunter Thiniel and mage Leados provided sufficient damage to end the miserable lifes of any and all of Lady Vashji's helpers. All the more happy was Agenu'ai to discover among the loot a staff to her liking. And to Cíndy's disappointment, snatched it from the unfortunate corpse.

To Agenu'ai's horror the last place to visit to retrieve the missing and last part of her very own, personalized key to Karazhan, had to be retrieved from Arcatraz. While her interest in visting that particularly rich prison had been high to begin with, the troubles laid in getting there. Unless she learned to fly herself, she would have to find someone capable of teaching her how to control a flying mount. Eventually, she overcame her greed, and her lack of gold and spent the high price of nine-hundred gold to learn the appropriate skill and buy her first flying mount.

Once that difficulty had been overcome, all that stood in her way was to find adventurers willing to beat the hell out of anything still moving in The Arcatraz. Luckily for her, late at night she found a party and entered the premises.

Her party emerged victoriously from The Arcatraz but Agenu'ai's mood was dampened by the lack of booty she could claim - not low enough to not be happy about the final part of the key to the Guardians' Tower though.

Harbinger Skyriss will hopefully be as unprepared for her visit as all other adversaries proved to be. Agenu'ai is determined to lay her thin, long bloodelf fingers on the crown he is rumored to keep in his possession.

But Khadgar was not done sending the tired priestess on more silly quests. Claiming that the key would only function if touched by Medivh himself, former master to him, owner of Karazhan and last Guardian to the World. The problem that he's dead and gone could only be bypassed by visiting the past.
A time when Medivh was still at large. And so Agenu'ai gathered yet another trusted group and set out to visit a time long gone. Long gone? She found Medivh when he opened the portal to Outland, and witnessed the first march of the orcs into the new world.

After that she returned to Khadgar, a smile plastered on her face for now she knew that visiting the fabled Karazhan was only a question of time.
That soon anything of value and use would be up for her to take!

Facing Ethereals in the Mana Tombs

Our first expedition into the destroyed parts of Terokkar Forest, within the heart of the Bone Wastes, known as Auchindoun, led us directly into the Mana Tombs
In order to gain the Consortium's trust, we decided to face Ethereal Nexus-Prince Shaffar and destroy his plan of sucking dry the Mana Tombs.
Neither of the Nexus-Prince's subordinates, i.e. neither plated gigantic voidwalker Pandemonius nor rock-beast Tavarok, could live up to our party's might.

... arming up for the real war

Recently matured Agenu'ai has spent the accumulated honor she earned for defeating alliance troops in all kinds of battles, but preferably in the alterac valley. She's now the proud owner of three pieces of the nice looking epic set - for level 70 priests. A big disappointment was to find out that the pieces given to priests as part of the pvp set don't measure up to the needs of one of Agenu'ai's most favored pastimes: Looting the last bits of booty out of all kinds of instances. No matter how many raided those sites before. The simple focus on an unecessary amount of stamina for both sets makes them - while they look nice, admittedly - pretty useless for her needs. She's now planning a regular visit to the proper places: Auchindon Sethek Halls, Shadow Labyrinth, as well as The Arcatraz and Shattered Halls until she has retrieved all the pieces of the so called dungeon set from those places.

Diving through to The Underbog

Continuing on efforts to fight back Naga control in the Zangarmarsh, Bloodfuries Agenuai & Khultarn, assisted by Rogue Saurroon, Troll Shaman lady Chickx and fellow, trusted Tauren Druid Cow Seramuh raided The Underbog.

The Black Stalker is history and The Steamvault is getting within Bloodfury's grasp - if Warlord Kalithresh is hoping for mercy, he should start trembling now ...

Khultarn loves Axes, but this Mace made it into his Orcish Dreams

Arena-PVP loving Tauren Shaman Mokpoi showed off his new mace - Syphon of the Nathrezim. Guess Bloodfury will have to pay Illidan Stormrage a visit after all.

Upper Blackrock Spire revisited - Rend Blackhand's demise

Rob T., old Bloodfury comrade and soul of an incredible amount of Level 70 WoW characters, requested help from his old guildmates in cleaning out the Upper Blackrock Spire once more.
The post-Burning-Crusade world opens up new possibilities for raiding the Blackrock - UBRS used to be a 15-char raid. Last night four fearless members of the horde were enough to settle the score with Nefarian's minion Rend.

The Beast did not survive the encounter with our four-man raid either.
